Kelly leads the efforts to scale and elevate Signal’s technology solutions through operational leadership and product expertise. She spent her first six years at Signal responsible for customer success as SVP of Client Services. In that role, Kelly oversaw all aspects of technical account management, solution consulting, implementation and customer success, shaping Signal’s culture and reputation for world-class client support. Kelly brings over 15 years of expertise in digital marketing. She was a co-founder and first employee at Centro, serving as the company’s Vice President, Client Services and Operations, and later as its Vice President, Product Management. Over a five-year period, she played a foundational role in successfully leading and growing the business from the ground up to nearly $100 million in annualized revenue, with 125 employees across 11 offices. She received an M.B.A. from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, and a B.S. in Marketing from Indiana University.
