Age: 38. Hometown: Levittown, Long Island, NY. Attended the Cooking and Hospitality Institute of Chicago (now Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts). Favorite dish: “I’ve always been into Louisiana Cajun and Creole cuisine. New Orleans is one of my favorite places to visit.”
Interests: Culinary arts, music and technology (“That’s where most of my focus is. I’m either cooking while listening to music, making music with friends, or when I’m not doing any of that, I’m taking things apart to learn how they work”). Big videogamer. Prefers crime shows and the Cooking Channel over primetime TV.
Dislikes: Steak that is ordered well done; ranch dressing on pizza; folding laundry; socks worn with sandals.
Would he rather be able to read everyone’s minds all the time with no ability to turn it off, or forget everything about each person who’s closest to him? “I don’t want to forget about the people closest to me — they’re the most important. I would have to go with reading people’s minds, but I wouldn’t be too thrilled about it.”
What do you think you’re best known for here? “Ordering food for company events and fixing things for people. This is why I love my position — it’s easy to be well-liked.”
