It’s Moving Day for Signal

November 14, 2014

After two and half years at 440 N Wells in River North, the Signal global headquarters is moving to Chicago’s West Loop. We can’t fit any more people in our current space!

When we moved to this office in January 2012, our name was BrightTag, and we had 30 employees. Everyone could fit around three tables by the windows. Tech incubator 1871 had just opened down the street.

Flash forward to today, when Signal has more than 125 employees, and more than 10,000 clients around the world. We’ve been squeezing ever more Signalites into the office, to the point where we’ve made meeting rooms out of hallways, stairwells, and broom closets. You can’t walk in a straight line through the office because new desks have been continually added to every team’s area.

River North and 440 N Wells were good to us. We’re so excited to keep growing as we continue to deliver our leading cross-channel marketing platform to an expanding global client base.

Starting Monday, you can find us 111 N Canal Street, Suite 455. Stay tuned for photos from our new home next week!

In 2012, there was enough space to lean back in your chair.
Here's the dev team in 2013. Look at all that space!

In August 2014, this is what our office on Wells looks like. Just try adding another desk.
The end of an era: Signal moves out of 440. West Loop: we’ll see you soon.
