Introducing the Signalite Social Spotlight

Identity is what makes us unique. You can’t begin to know someone until you recognize them for who they truly are — insight that comes with time, and grows with each interaction.

To that effect, Signal is introducing the Signalite Social Spotlight, a project to recognize our incredible colleagues for what makes them so special and so vital to our growth. This ongoing Facebook campaign celebrates a different Signalite over five days each week: staffers will reveal their favorite (and least favorite) things, their accomplishments and dreams, and the nicknames they hate to love. They’ll also divulge information about where they’re from, how they got here, and how their efforts are helping Signal and its clients achieve our shared goal of more accurately identifying and reaching customers.

Every new detail brings the Signalite du jour into sharper focus, and by week’s end, you’ll see them with newfound clarity — not to mention a deeper understanding of how what makes us different makes us great.

“We value diversity at Signal, both from the traditional sense, but also in terms of the unique interests, passions, goals and life experiences of Signalites,” said Sara Schroeder, vice president of human resources. “We are very intentional about celebrating differences and creating opportunities to uncover them — and this campaign is another tool in that arsenal.”
