If you’re a Signal customer, you likely noticed something new when you logged in to our service today: The navigation buttons are now on the left, the menus have changed, and there are new data channels available to you, among other things.
These changes to the Signal Fuse interface are only the most obvious indications of exciting improvements to our world-leading real-time, cross-channel platform. Namely, Signal Tag is now Fuse Data Hub. We’ve introduced a single, complete interface for streamlined cross-channel data collection. This first-of-its-kind tool puts everything at your fingertips so you can easily gather and centralize clean data from any online or offline touchpoint.
Keeping up with your fast-moving, always-on customers as they move between web, mobile and physical environments has never been simpler. With Fuse, you can control data collection and distribution to any destination for deeper insights and better engagement.
Signal Fuse offers this exciting functionality:
- Collect and connect data from any channel or combination of channels
- Managing cross-channel data is now as easy as managing tags
- Turn on data collection from new channels at your own pace
- Send a stream of clean, cross-channel data to any destination in real time
With these new capabilities, you’ll be able to harness, own, and fully take advantage of all of your cross-channel customer engagement data, just as you have with your website data.
Here’s a look at the changes you’ll see today:
Look and Feel
The look and feel of the user interface is different. Some of the look and feel changes include a new interface name, color palette, sharpened corners, and iconography.
The navigation bar has moved from the top to the left side to streamline user experience and create room to provide more data collection options.
Collapsible Navigation Bar
The navigation bar is now collapsible.
With Fuse Data Hub, you now have the ability to configure real-time data collection for any of your customer engagement channels. Data collection configuration for each channel is now categorized under Inputs. If you currently have multiple data collection channels configured, then you will also see your dashboard populated with the aggregated totals of data collection requests, not just Page Fires.
Fuse users with access to non-Website Inputs will find a custom data collection configuration workflow for each Input. Instructions on these workflows can be found in the knowledge center.
